Who I am

This website is the portfolio of Leonie Lutz, also known as LunaraMoon. I am responsible for the personal information collected through lunaramoon.nl.

What information I collect

I only collect information that you choose to send me through the contact form:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • What your message is about, if you tick a topic
  • Your message

Like almost every website, the server that hosts this site may also briefly keep technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site safe and working. I don’t use this to find out who you are.

Why I use it

I use your name, email address and message for one thing only: to read your message and reply to you. I don’t use it for newsletters or advertising, and I never sell or give your information to others.

How long I keep it

I keep your message for as long as we’re in contact, and at most 12 months after our last contact. After that, I delete it.

Who else can see it

Your message is not stored on this website. It is sent straight to my personal email inbox, through my hosting provider, who only handles it so the message can be delivered. Nobody else gets access to it.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies for tracking or advertising. WordPress may place a few small technical cookies that are needed for the site to work.

Links to other websites

This site links to YouTube, Wattpad, Instagram and LinkedIn. When you click those links, you leave my site, and the privacy policy of that website applies.

Your rights

You always have the right to:

  • See which information I have about you
  • Have it corrected
  • Have it deleted
  • Withdraw your permission

Just send me a message through the contact form and I’ll take care of it as soon as possible. If you feel I’m not handling your information properly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
